Concerning the Products we Sell.

All items sold from Bass Custom Arts LLC are sold “as-is” regardless of any discovered defects or conditions not fully disclosed at the time of advertised listing.

Concerning our billing practices.

Donna’s blank turning fee is $30 for each blank (subject to change WITH an adjustment to this page). Extra add-ons vary from $1 up to $50 or more depending upon the level of extra embellishments you choose. Custom work always carries a payment processing fee of $0.70(subject to change with the market) and 6% of the total(subject to change with the market). Shipping is always chosen by the client but averages from $6-$15 for domestic clients and $17-$50 or more for foreign clients. These monetary amounts are subject to the shipping carrier’s prices and may very well change.

Pen pop Thursday’s contain artwork that Donna has already created and INSIDE each price you see is built in the above fees for payment processing. If you have an invoice that contains ONLY pen pops, you will not see the added fees because they have already been prepared ahead of time.

To accept Donn’s turning service is to accept these potential charges.

Concerning Donna Exclusive Blanks (blanks handled directly IN the group, instead of a vendor website)

Short Version

Buy an exclusive blank, it stays with Donna's shop until purchased as an end product. No exceptions.

Detailed Version:

Bass Custom Arts has installed a new rule for their group. Any blank that is within a blank drop in OUR group that has the label "Donna Bass EXCLUSIVE" must 100% be turned by Bass Custom Arts. You buy these blanks with the understanding that it will NOT leave BCA's workshop without it's intended turning and finishing process.

This applies to clients, non-clients, turners that choose to purchase WITHIN Donna's group & even other casters.

In the event you should decide to have your blanks removed from Bass Custom Arts workshop and shipped anywhere else, we retain the property right to the 'exclusive' blank(s) and they will not be included with any outgoing blank shipments.

Purchasing of ANY exclusive blanks is done so under the understanding that the blank is either turned and invoiced to the owner OR becomes property of Bass Custom Arts if left unattended for a period of more than 90 days.

Concerning our Return Policy.

All items sold from Bass Custom Arts LLC are sold “as-is” regardless of any discovered defects or conditions not fully disclosed at the time of advertised listing. If you(the client) find that you cannot be satisfied with the condition of your product within 24hrs of it’s receipt of drop off - we ask that you contact us (see the contact us page) for a possible solution. You will find that we work well with others and are usually happy to make small adjustments. If an agreeable solution cannot be found - we defer to the “customer service” portion of this document.

Concerning the Safety of our Products.

All items sold from Bass Custom Arts LLC are sold “as-is” regardless of any discovered defects or conditions not fully disclosed at the time of advertised listing. If you find that your safety is in danger because of the product we sold you - we invite you to contact us to discuss a possible solution that satisfies parties. If a reasonable solution cannot be found, we defer to the “customer service” description within this document.

Concerning the level of Customer Service we Offer.

We believe in treating each client as if they were our ONLY client and that allows us to focus strictly on making sure you are happy with our products & services. However, every situation is different and sometimes a request cannot be satisfied to the liking of the client. In the event that we(you & us) ever find that we cannot agree on a fair and agreeable solution - Bass Custom Arts LLC reserves the right to end the current business arrangement and if any monetary agreements are not meant - you waive the right to take legal action against us..

Concerning Our Shipping Department
Our shipping department works hard to ensure all orders are put together correctly and in a timely fashion. However, due to the fact that we are human and are physically capable of making mistakes - some orders may experience a delay or be inaccurate. We will ALWAYS seek to make any mistake we’ve made correct. Our postal rates change with the rates of the united states postal service(USPS) and ALL shipping charges are subject to change. We reserve the right to hold custom-owned items until FULL payment has been made. Level 1 shipping includes $100 of shipping insurance because the USPS states it as such. If you have multiple paid orders and you would like them to be combined - this level of shipping remains at $100 of shipping insurance. If you want each order protected by the $100 insurance, separate shipments will be required.

Concerning the Customer-Owned Blanks we Hold - 1.

Any materials you(the client or future client) send to Bass Custom Arts LLC or “Donna Bass” or any variation thereof - remains your property for an extended amount of time. The materials you send us are understood to be YOUR property but stored at Bass Custom Arts LLC facilities at your own risk. This risk can include damage, complete or partial loss, theft. You send us your materials at your own personal risk. We do NOT guarantee the safety & security of the materials you send us.

Concerning the Customer-Owned Blanks we Hold - 2.

Any materials you(the client or future client) send to Bass Custom Arts LLC or “Donna Bass” or any variation thereof - remains your property for an extended amount of time. This time period is usually less than 2 weeks-2 months. However, certain circumstances can delay the processing of your materials which include but are NOT limited to: delay in the artist’s availability, extreme weather conditions, medical issues concerning the artist, additional needed instructions from the client(you), payment or prepayment (where applicable).

The usual lead-time for all clients is between 1 week and can extend as long as 3 months. The artist(Donna) makes every effort to accomodate multiple clients and their circumstances.
