You use this site at your own personal risk, not that there is much of a risk. All images found on this site have been either created by the site owner OR obtained with permission.

All sales are final (meaning Bass Custom Arts LLC has the right to deny a refund for any completed purchases). However, we do care about our customers and work hard to ensure you are happy with your purchased products. If there is EVER an issue with a product that Donna or any other person working for Bass Custom Arts LLC has provided you, please feel free to contact us directly and get that issue resolved.

Most (nearly 99%) of all products created or sold through Bass Custom Arts LLC are handmade (with the assistance of motorized equipment) and that means there could be small imperfections within a product. Our quality department carefully examined every piece of art that comes through for imperfections & outright damage.

The QC department catches almost everything, so we rest easy at night knowing you’ve been shipped the best possible product.

Any customer owned items that have been worked on by our staff have a 24 hour window for payment. Any account not settled in full is considered an abandoned account & any materials or products associated with that account can & will become property of Bass Custom Arts LLC.

Any materials or products that are already owned by Bass Custom Arts LLC (pen pop items & other various types of materials) remain in ownership of Bass Custom Arts LLC until FULL payment is made to settle the invoice associated with it.

All payment arrangements are to be made within 24hrs of invoice 🧾 issuance.

Shipping & Returns 

We ship to ANY address that can receive US Mail. This means all major & most minor countries. If you don’t see a way to ship our stuff to you…. Let us know.

All shipping for products coming out of Donna‘s workshop is done by human hands. Other than a computer to keep track of your orders & a printer to prepare the shipping label, all packaging is done by 1 of our staff. Every attention to detail is given during each order prep.

Most of the time we get the shipping done correctly. Every once in a while a small mistake might be made but we work quickly to make sure that mistake is handled & the client is made aware of anything we’ve done to fix it.

If you EVER have any questions about your order or it’s shipping - we ask that you NEVER hesitate to bring it to our attention(we prefer privately). We have a strong desire to make things better for our clients. Although all sales ARE final, we enjoy working WITH our clients instead of against them. So please, if there’s something wrong with your order - let us know!

After all, without you…. there is no us!
